  1. I have a toothache at the moment. It’s in a tooth that a big filling was recently replaced, so I am thinking that there are bacteria under the filling and this is causing me the pain. I like the sound of your natural remedies, but I think I am too late to save this one tooth and may have to get it pulled out.

    You mentioned that giving up coffee will stop the staining of the teeth and make us healthier. I understand that coffee causes discoloration on the teeth, but do not know it is unhealthy? It is a stimulant and I guess our bodies would be better off without it. I currently have two or three coffees a day and should really give it up.

    • Welcome, I agree if your tooth can’t be fixed? then you have to double check with your dentist to try to treat him if he can’t, then the only solution is to get it out. And for coffee, of course, be moderate. And be sure to use the mouthwashes I recommended in the post. I wish you health 🙂
