I’d like to share my own experience with acne and how I got rid of them. I mean, not completely, but how it was before, now it is excellent. The key thing was in diet. I tried everything I could from the outside but nothing worked well enough except special food intake. It was a specific period for me when I was on raw food diet for 3 months straight. Before those 3 months, I was eating 70-80% raw. That means mostly fruits, salads, no meat, no dairy products, just whole foods. I can’t tell that eating raw is a long-term solution, but it had a very good effect on my health in general and it helped me with my skin problems a lot. It is good to go raw for a few months or at least to increase raw food intake, but after that just keep balancing and everything’s going to be just fine.
