Today, we all know that an unhealthy diet is the number one cause of death in the world! Our daily diet is a bigger killer than smoking, and according to some statistics that I read, it is nicely written that about 10 to 15 million people die every year! Salt and bread are a big problem because they are the main cause that damages the heart and causes cancer.:
How does our food kill? Out of 10 million deaths, the cause is an unhealthy diet. The cause of death was too salty a diet that increases blood pressure, which increases the risk of heart attack and stroke! Salt directly affects the work of the heart and blood vessels. No matter how we eat, most of us don’t eat enough nuts! A diet rich in nuts could save our lives. Then why don’t we eat them? Most people don’t see nuts and seeds as their main meal, and another problem is the price!
