Honey medicinal benefits

Honey medicinal benefits

Honey good healing

🙂

Hello, I will write to everyone below about honey and its healing effect. Medical benefits of honey

Bees collect nectar from flowers, collect sweet juices and process it and enrich it with miraculous substances from their organism, stored in wax honeycomb cells in which honey matures. Unlike white sugar and other sweeteners, honey is a treasure trove of ingredients necessary for the healthy functioning of the body.

Honey contains about 40 substances (calcium, iodine, aluminum, iron, silicon, magnesium, lead, sulfur, zinc, etc …), almost all amino acids, which come from nectar and pollen, numerous vitamins (b1, b2, b3, b6, b12 folic acid, etc …) Thanks to the high content of simple sugar, vitamins, minerals, honey is a valuable easily digestible food and very useful for children, athletes, the elderly, and the exhausted.

How is honey made? For one kilogram of honey, bees have to visit about 10 million flowers and make about 130 thousand flights. For a bee to collect nectar from flowers, it must use its senses of sight and smell. The bee stores it in its honey stomach through a suction device, which it has collected from the flowers, and transfers it to the hive:-)Turning nectar into honey is a complex process. In the hive, each bee is greeted by other receiving bees that take nectar. And they keep it to themselves for a while.Click here

When the receiving bees are too busy with their work, they leave the nectar on the walls of the hives to dry out and lose moisture. To evaporate moisture faster and dry the honey, bees transfer nectar from one hive to another and thus speed up the process of drying honey. 🙂 What wonderful creatures 🙂

Honey has healing properties such as:

  •  Antioxidant

  •  Antibacterial

  •  Anti-inflammatory

  •  Antimutagenic

🙂

The beneficial effect of honey on the body

The best and most important healing properties of honey:

1. Better blood circulation

2. Accelerate blood cell regeneration

3. Anti-stress fact

4. It works against obesity, reduces body weight and fat tissue

5. Strengthening the strength of the heart and regulating the heart rhythm

Honey contains organic acids: formic, citric, oxalic, Valerian, laconic, and many others … Honey contains over 400 components, but research is still ongoing so it is not final. One kilogram of honey has a nutritional value as:

1. 15 kg of vegetables and fruits

2. 3 kg of fish

3. 6 kg of oranges

4. 1 kg of ham

5. 60 eggs

6. 3 kg of veal

Normal daily amounts of honey are: for adults: 50-100g, daily for children 40g, daily. Honey should be divided into three parts and taken half an hour before a meal and dissolved in the mouth as much as possible. Honey should not be put in hot tea or hot milk because it destroys enzymes and loses its healing properties. And, it should also be emphasized that honey is taken the worst when honey is swallowed and cold water is drunk! 🙁

Believe it or not?

For only one kilogram of honey, a bee must go around three to six million flowers, and it must go around a road that is seven, eight times bigger than the globe. 🙂

🙂

🙂

Throughout its life, the bee produces only about 1/12 teaspoon of honey. The lifespan of the queen is 3-5 years, and the summer worker bee lives 6 weeks during spring, summer, and autumn, and the winter worker bee up to 4-5 months. Drones die soon after mating, and the maximum lifespan is about 4 months. Thus, various factors affect the life span of bees. The average lifespan of a bee is about 30 to 45 days. The life expectancy of each member of the bee community (queens, worker bees, and drones) depends on many factors. Click here

Royal jelly

🙂

Royal jelly is a bee super product that nourishes the skin, prolongs life, nourishes the brain, and has many positive ingredients, effects on the body.

Honey and cinnamon

🙂

Honey and cinnamon have long been used to treat people. They have many healing properties. Although it is a sweetener, honey is also a natural antibiotic, it restores the exhausted organism, gives it energy and strength. A cinnamon tree grows in Asia, and cinnamon from Sri Lanka is especially good. Honey and cinnamon together serve to preserve health, give vitality, youth, and fertility, regenerate the body and give greater resistance and strengthen immunity. Click here

Honey in the honeycomb

combination of honey and wax

🙂

The combination of honey and wax represents many healing and nutritious properties and a thousand useful purposes. By the way, about honey itself, a kilogram of honey in a honeycomb is more expensive than honey itself, because honeycombs that are young and new are cut and sold together with honey.

🙂

Acacia honey in the honeycomb is the best because it crystallizes more slowly compared to forest and meadow honey, where the crystallization time is very short. Honey medicinal benefits  Chewing honey with honeycomb has multiple benefits for the body, such as: has anti-allergic, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory effects.

Honey in honeycomb improves immunity and strengthens resistance to colds. With its action, it has a healing effect on the mucous membrane and cleans teeth from tartar. When we chew honey in a honeycomb, one part of the wax remains in the body, passes through the intestines, and affects the faster healing of ulcers and hemorrhoids. Only acacia honey should always be in the honeycomb because it crystallizes quickly with other types of honey. Click here

One kilogram of honey contains about 3200 calories, the proteins that honey contains have the role of building material in the body. Honey is pure food without microorganisms and other irritants. Honey is also a type of natural doping because it is known that after a lot of effort, fatigue, honey consumption increases physical activity, and especially athletes bring honey into their diet almost every day.

Propolis and honey

bee propolis

🙂

Bee propolis is a substance that bees produce by mixing rubber, resinous masses that they collect from leaf buds and woody plants. Propolis is good as a face cream that I use, but I don’t have skin problems and I recommend everyone to try to see the results quickly. 🙂

It is known that propolis has been used for centuries by the Romans, Greeks, and Egyptians as a remedy for many diseases, and has long been used in medicine. The beneficial properties of propolis are good in the fight against cancer, infections, hearing damage, and respiratory infections. Just honey and propolis are a miracle of nature 🙂 Why use drugs? if propolis is a proven natural remedy that is proven to be good and much stronger in the fight against many diseases, especially when it comes to cancerous diseases. 🙂

Of all the bee elixirs, propolis is the most stable. The biological properties of propolis are diverse. Propolis kills microorganisms, viruses, fungi, has an anesthetic effect, stops itching, and has a soothing effect on the skin. Ointment, propolis cream is great for fast wound healing, as well as for many skin diseases. In Eastern European countries, propolis is used in human medicine to make balms for wounds, cuts, ulcers, and other skin diseases.

Propolis is also used in the form of alcoholic tinctures, for the treatment of ear, gum, and mouth diseases. Propolis has been used by bees for thousands of years as a disinfectant (for polishing honeycombs and coating the walls of hives) 🙂 And it is useful for the human body because it acts as an antibiotic against bacteria! And so, my dear ones, if you accidentally put a teaspoon in honey, feel free to enjoy 🙂 🙂 🙂 I wish you health.

Propolis is used against flu, colds, bacterial infections, respiratory tract, asthma, bad breath, inflammatory processes of the throat, wounds, burns, periodontics, gastritis and to raise the general resistance of the body. The causes of flu and colds are not bacteria but viruses, so in that case, it is better to use propolis because it has a strong antiviral effect! Since viral and bacterial infections are often mixed, and antibiotics are used unnecessarily for viral infections (antibiotics have little or no effect on viruses), it is best to decide to use propolis because it has a broader effect, so if necessary then take antibiotics…Click here

Here, my dear ones, I would have so much for now about honey, propolis, and its healing properties, and I hope that someone will find themselves in this little article of mine and improve their health! below I have to mention that I am not a doctor and a quack doctor and that everyone should contact their doctor or nutritionist! 1. Thank you for reminding us how useful honey is and how important it is to include it in the diet, replacing industrial sugar which certainly does not do good to our health. The honey is invaluable, especially in combination with cinnamon and wax. I often use propolis and I warmly recommend it to everyone. In the treatment of various diseases, honey is unfortunately much neglected. Again, many thanks for sharing with us the information about how powerful honey is and about the process of its creation. Keep up the good work and I wish you a lot of success!

  3. As an aspiring beekeeper, honey has a very special place it my heart. Did you know that it never spoils if left out? Yes, their is an entire laundry list of conditions that honey helps treat. I also love that honey will take on some of the flavors of the flowers that the nectar is collected from. Honey is one of my favorite things in the world and I am glad that you are letting others know what a magical substance it is. Is there any kind of honey that is best for treating digestive issues?
